Richard, I think the average customer HAS figured out the K6 is better than the Pentium MMX. Have you looked at the most recent retail sales numbers? I think they speak for themselves.

And even if the customer can't figure out that a K6 is faster than a Celery, what makes you think he'll figure out a PII is faster than Celery? After all, they all run at 266 MHz.
