Is that over the phone automated or with a broker. Curious because I spent 55 mins. on hold with Suretrade trying to get an answer. I sent 3 emails with no response from their support address. He gave me some tips for the subject line. Number 4 went unanswered too! My trades go fine. If it wasn't for pennies and lack of (or need for) support I'm sure I'd be very happy. Confirmations take a while, 2-4 hrs. but I've heard of worse. Jeff
