To Jaunita & All -

1.) Website mentions March 98 as rollout month. It took longer than they expected to buy out the old Ebiz shareholders and to get Nasdaq approval for the name change. When I first heard about this company in February, I was told that the contest announcement would occur between March 15 & April 15. They might miss the upper range by a week or so.

2.) Will everyone know about Jaws after the media blitz and contest? Obviously, there will be heightened awareness, but, no, I don't think you'll overhear Ma & Pa at the local 7 11 gushing about Jaws. This will be a targeted blitz to institutions, brokerage firms, etc. I think they are planning to send out the Jaws software on CD ROM along with the investment package.

3.) Why would I choose Jaws over other encryption. From the technical perspective, Jim Morrison could probably shed some light on that question. From a marketing perspective, as I said in an earlier post, a company could start with a lower level of encryption, knowing that they could upgrade to the world's strongest encryption when it became legal.

4.) Is Jaws the only company dealing solely in encryption software? I don't know, but I do know they're the only ones offering $5M!

I hope all of you have taken the time to phone Chris McNeill at Jaws. I'm just an ordinary investor like any of you out there, but I do phone the company at least once a week just to "make sure".

Regards
