This is a response I recieved from a friend on another thread:

<You're right about the decimals...I've actually been able to get fills (not necessarily trades on XXXX) with limits similar to .0915.

Also, if you trade several blocks, i.e. buy the same security in blocks of 5,000-5,000-4,000, on the same day, you only get charged the ONE commission of 19.75 (for the limit order)!

In their account agreement, they specifically print out that such a one-commission situation won't occur, and that you would be charged for each transaction, but I've done it several times, and I've never seen any sort of "adjustment" to my accounts!>

I don't know if he was talking about online or not. I'll check. I also sent an email to NDB. We'll see if they answer!
