Obviously the VSE is watching NRT like a hawk. I too cannot understand why we have had two halts in a matter of days without any major news. Nortran is without a doubt a very reputable company especially with the signing of the new CEO. This is without a doubt not just another stock play. I imagine that the exchange just doesn't want things to get out of hand without the proper news in place. This must also mean that the VSE understands the scope of the pending announcement. Maybe NRT had to reveal exactly what was pending. This would explain why the exchange surveillance is so jitterish towards any upward movement.

As for tomorrow and the stock price, it could pull back but I think that the VSE action might just tell people how big the news is going to be. This affords people the chance to buy stock that weren't able too this morning before the halt.
