Really? I didn't know that! Are you sure they will GIVE the stock to the employees? I never heard that!

Then going forward is there not less shares outstanding which will effect future ESP?

What about the incoming cash flow? Is that factored in?

Furthermore what do you think will happen to a stock's price if huge buy orders (even at the bid) started coming into that stock's market?
Would that put a floor and the downside? Or even generate the upside?

Like I stated: "It's not an exact science" "No one knows for sure" and "it's my bet" the unknown surprises are positive.
