I expect to see some more news releases by PVO tomorrow about some of the testing and sample results accumulated by GBU on its Romanian properties that are presently not available to us. I say this because Friday's a holiday and head office indicated earlier this week that more results should be forth coming this week (does this make me a genius of what?). Although I do not expect the share price to react to this news, I look forward to it for my own analysis as I'm getting a little tired of being kept in the dark.
Andrew, although you've sold your PVO interests, I hope you keep in touch with this thread as we appear to be small in numbers (and dwindling) and your postings are much appreciated.. Particularly during these difficult times of uncertainty.

Take care and all the best

Rolly

PS

Robert, only God and Goepel know why the .70 barrier wasn't broken today. Perhaps they are in a rush to accumulate their positions . I say this because the bid sizes continued to remain very large throughout the day (ie. in excess of 75,000 shares at any one time). If I was a buyer who wanted to pick away at the price I sure wouldn't be bidding such large blocks of shares at any one time. I would bid smaller block sizes and continue to reinstate my bids after they are filled to prevent the impression that I was hungry and thereby likely get a better price. I've got to commend them for exercising discipline by not raising their bid price, and thereby preventing a run from occurring on the stock (ha, ha)
Maybe, just maybe something in the near future is coming down the pipe that will give us some inspiration and return the share price to a respectable level. Or maybe Goepel & Co. feel that the threat of the special meeting is very real and very near. If they keep up their current rate of accumulations, they may very well get close to neutralizing Mr. Atkinson. But they will likely have to up the bid price beyond 70 cents to do so without drawing too much attention and cause a run on the stock under false pretenses.

Good night
