skiawal-- in North America, fujitsu is working with ORCTF. as for ameritech, i think they will choose WSTL. 3com isnt teamed with LU, and they now have the manufacturing capabilities they need. as for prices, WSTLs equipment is easier to use and deploy according to the last report i read. URSs modem was pretty good, but just not as good. IMHO, i think they will pay a little premium for WSTL equipment. if we get ameritech, your analysis is right on. it totally changes what the street thinks. if ALA is brushed aside, the street will reinterpret the entire situation. good luck to all, trey
