Okay. If AMD can produce 12M by year end, then they would produce 10.5M in the next 3 Q's at an ASP of $100 (IBM really gets these things at cost, because IBM does the package and test), that would give AMD revenue of 350M in revenue/Q. (we are only considering CPU revenue).

AMD also said that they need 700M revenue to break even. Therefore 350M + 350M from other products (flat revenue). AMD will at best breakeven for the rest of the year.

Therefore AMD will have .39 loss for 1998. At an estimated P/E of 20, AMD should be -$7.8. Thus AMD should pay each of the shareholders $7.8 for standing by AMD.
