If I recall correctly, Regent owns something like 40% of Penguin Refrigeration stock. I don't own any of this stock yet either, but I am considering it. I haven't gotten any financials or other materials yet on this company, except what I've read in this thread and on AOL, so I'm waiting to check it out more before I make a decision to invest or not. regards, Mike
