Benny -- Sorry to be so slow in responding. I've been out of town and haven't even watched the market other than a quick check at the open and another at the close. I'd have no hesitation buying TXN in the low to mid 50 range. The only way it'll go lower is terrible earnings or a market meltdown. I don't have any insight on either. In my humble opinion, in another year it will be like Intel and you won't care where you got it. Later -- Pat
