I love the company but the stock is starting to make me
nervous. Anybody taking money off the table at this
point? I bought this a year and a half ago intending
to put it away in my IRA and forget about it. Lately,
though, it's been hard to ignore!

Don't you hate when your nice conservative value play
turns into a momentum stock?????? :-)

Here are my thoughts on the stock...

New technology is driving growth in the industry:
Analog -> Digital
B&W -> Color
Stand alone copier -> Network printing/copying

The emerging trend towards the outsourcing of
non-core business activities should provide
oportunies for document management service
providers. (making copies is about as
non-core as it gets around my office)

To me it looks like the industry should see better
than normal growth over the next few years. The
industry trend, XRX's move into document management
services, and now with more aggressive cost management,
XRX looks like one to hold on to for a while.

As a value investor though, I just have to squeeze
my eyes tightly shut and ignore that three month
chart and the 26 PE. Wake me up in five years and
let me know how it all turned out...
