Questions for the CC.

What is the status of the share buyback program that
was announced on 2/25/98?

What are the number of outstanding shares?
In the share buyback news release, 4 million shares were
to be bought back, and that represented 10%, implying
40 million shares total.

Yet in a previous post tonight, It was implied that there
were 45 million shares!! A little at sea here.
