<<I'm short at 14>> And I covered at 14 1/2 making me 0 for 2 on this one. There's a short in there somewhere , but someone else will have to find it as I'm waving the white flag on that one !! I was debating whether I should go long and "trick it" into going down , but along came PNDA the other day....... YILD filed an 8K today with complete details on their preferred. Quite a long document , haven't had a chance to do anything but skim through it. Rob
