Terry Bedford at Microsoft Investor:

<<Dell Computer (DELL) did not decline to the intermediate-term moving average at 61.50 yesterday. Instead, the stock opened higher and proceeded to rally throughout the session. On the chart, a rally through 68.50 would constitute an upside breakout. The odds of this happening are now very good. My trade in DELL has not exactly been one I would like to be remembered by, but I have very little doubt the stock is headed much higher in the near term. I will leave my current parameters intact. A close above 68.50 today will lead to certain new highs.>>

Based on this analysis, I am changing the stop loss on my short sale from $72 to $69. Let's hope it never gets there!
