I am not shorting at all, I actually was looking for more info. As stated earlier, am I looking at this wrong??? I can only see four scenarios why Fox sold 2,501,740 shares, Horodas sold 84,009 shares and Grotterer sold 53,759 shares:
1. All three are retiring and are liquidating their shares (not likely)
2. They know something that we don't know and would rather take a little loss than a big loss (possible).
3. They feel it is at a high and will buy back when it drops a little (possible).
4. They want to get more shares on the market, but if they wanted to do that why not just offer more shares?

I am big enough to admit that I probably know less than 1% of half the things people out here know. While everyone is out here to make money, I am out here to make money and learn something too. It was difficult to interpret Anaxagoras's post that said "to cash out". What is your interpretation? Do you feel there are other scenarios? If so what are they?

As for as shorting, I brush with this product every day...
