Oh, yeah, I got info. The meeting never happened. The co has new accountants and the co filed an NT-10K. They basically said that the new accountants needed more time to prepare the 10-K and no meeting can be held until the 10-K is filed. More waiting. I will post info when the co files their 10-K. I am still holding my shares and have added to my position in the last 45 days.
