Hi;

Good post. Excellent info. I had to copy your post to my word processor and then re-format it to get the columns in sync. Otherwise, reading it was too difficult.

However, the numbers are weak. Seems to me that rates are going to slowwwwly drop. I can't predict where we are heading, but 15 - 25 basis points seems about right. That would put the long bond in the 6.50% range. This will help support the market.
