It was nice to check out the virtualinvestor.com sight, the more I learn the better
decisions I can make. Luckly I'm not dealing with large sums or life savings right
now, so I can be somewhat unemotional about my investing. But I would like to get
some returns soon, Viragen seems to hold the most promise for me so far. They are
holding steady with no a word to the press positive or negative.

Why, of all biotechs, would someone pick yet another alpha interferon company, much less one that has about 40 million shares out and a track record of offshore offerings? I haven't checked out VRGN in a while, but it has a market cap of 3X relative to good biotechs that have control over future dilution and ongoing clinicals with non-commodity products. I have never understood the misguided magic associated with the word "interferon". I'll check out virtualinvestor, but is there any analysis at the site by a scientist that appreciates (1) the time and resources required for clinical trials, and (2) the real-world issues of bumping up against a Schering-Plough or Biogen? Most of these sites have only analytical materials that are derivative from the company. Yes, I am aware of the reported differences in tox and side effects between recombinant IFNalpha and that derived from a natural source. Management at the previous scad of IFNa companies (that have failed) were also aware of such. IMO, an investment here will just suck your money into dilution for years.

Good luck in all your investments!

Rick
