To all: TheStreet.com reports that Brandywine fund has BAY in its holdings. This is the same fund that sold all tech and went heavy cash in early part of the year expecting a big market collapse. This is the first report from this fund indicating a wading back into tech. Interesting that it has picked up some BAY and COMS and ASND.
