m rose, thanks for responding.

If your source is a law firm, not the docket itself, why did you send us on wild goose chases looking at the docket?

We are back to April in general I see, not necessarily just this week. You said your source was positive it would be in April. Does that mean come May 1 he or she won't be singing a different tune.

Also, please find out if the clerk the firm spoke with is and administrative clerk, or a judicial clerk.

The court can do one of two things - set a date for the hearing, or render a decision without a hearing.

If the court renders a decision without a hearing, then its a very simple matter - a one page docket entry setting the date and time, and perhaps telling each side how long they have for witnesses etc.

Apparently your source believes there will be no hearing since the DECISION is 90% written. On the other hand you have said that the judge wouldn't wait this long without hearing from Freeney. Is the judge writing the decision before hearing from the witnesses? Please ask your source if it is a decision that is 90% done or the announcement of the hearing date.
