RE: Peterson Drilling Acquisition The good news is that 100% of their rigs are operating. If UTI is similarly utilized, great. Taking the article wording at face value, the net cost was $17.1 million. Based on the $6 mil cash flow, Peterson operations, alone, pay for the deal in 3 years. Not too bad.
