Herb Greenberg reported the following in his column on The Street.com today:

Unstuffed: Word from the wise (or sometimes wise) is that the previously stuffed channel of high-end Seagate (SEG:NYSE) disk drives is now so clear that the drives are on allocation. Some distributors report having just three weeks supply; some seven. Either way, that's a far cry from the usual 12. (Yeah, but will falling prices be a drag on profits?)
