Buckeye,

I follow your logic and agree with it. If the merger is to close as quickly as reported, the FAMH financials will be lost in the shuffle of new filings.

I believe the financials have been complete for some time now and the principals in the latest ventures (Myriad, IRS, Atrix) have, by necessity, seen the books and concur with the results.

At this point, release of the financials would be of value only for a short-term boost in share price and possibly to ease the concerns of some investors who feel this is the only way to measure the condition of the company.

Granted, the financials are paramount in evaluating any business, but with the rapid move to merge and gain NASDAQ listing status, they represent but a small portion of a very big (and growing) picture.

Best regards,

Scott
