Dear Gary,

We've developed a multi-patented third generation synchronization
engines that is OS and platform independent. So our big advantage is
that we support multiple devices and multiple applications, which is
precisely what corporate buyers want. MS already gives away free sync
conduits between CE and Outlook/Schedule+. Nonetheless, users still buy
upgrades from Puma to support these apps, due to the rich feature set we
offer, as well as the fact that we support 20+ other devices and almost
20 different applications. We are also currently opening our sync
engine architecture via an SDK that will allow a broad range of software
developers to link to our engine and connect to the growing number of
devices we support.

We do in fact license our software to OEMs directly and receive
royalties, however we do not break out pricing for competitive reasons.
We also typically sell our software retail at $69.95. And we do indeed
plan to open an office in Japan.

Thank you for your inquiry.

Best regards,

Brad Rowe
President & CEO

Jag, I feel comfortable with their lead, and cross OS & platform
capabilities. Also as I mentioned earlier the cost of hardware is
rapidly falling to a point where the public will become a buying force
as well as business, therefore the need for Puma's product should
do extremely well, hence my feeling for a great 99 and beyond.

Henry
