FYI, all internet access it TCP/IP. It's your CONNECTION to the the internet (bandwidth) that determines your response times. (for the most part) If you are at a office on a LAN then more than likely your LAN has a ROUTER which is connected to the internet via ISDN, T1 or better... which is much faster than people connected via a dialup modem at 33Kbs. (unless a lot of people are on the LAN browsing the internet...)
