Man is a big firm, but I find the service highly personalized at each of the 2 desks I use.

Also, in a fast market or when there are systems problems (Each has happened to me, once on the systems problem and often on the fast market) they have floor traders and will run the order in.

So in this case, I cannot get an immediate fill on the line, but I always get a callback in a reasonable amount of time.

I had not made an options trade at Stolcers desk since October. When I called a few days ago, the lead trader (Tim) answered and knew who I was right away as well as the account number I usually use. I did not even tell him my last name, just "Pat". It's a professional outfit
