Dear Dr. Head:

I know someone who really wants to volunteer for lead soprano in the RMIL Tabernacle Choir, when tryouts are held, but the Council On Posting Authority has some grave concerns that she might not meet the physical requirements because of her weight problem.

Do you think this is a Title 7 problem, or is it a Title 18 problem?
