Newspaper article... A friend in Minneapolis faxed me an article form November 1997. CEO Ronning said Digital River revneues increased to 300K in Septemember and 400K in October. Thus, if Ronning is now saying that revneues are increasing 20-40% a month in 1998, that would mean we could be taaking about 800K in March. What I am not clear on is whether these figures reflect DR's gross sales (before DR takes out its mandatory 20%) or whether it represents DR's 20%. The article also goe on to say that Ronning gave all of his shares in DR to TSQD. He owns 70% of the SO of TSQD, so he will benefit from DR revenues through his ownership in TSQD. My argument is, if Ronning plans on making his money of TSQD rather than direct DR ownership, why shouldn't we? DocStone
