Hi,got back late last night, here are some Conf Call info on DIMD from their thread on yahoo,it looks real good for CREAF.Notics sales to Europe&Asia.. Also the CEO falls short on taking any action about Creaf lawsuit.

1. Analysts/Funds that listened in
-First of all, the CEO and CFO seemed surprised by the number of listeners: over 100 people called in.
-Pacific Edge, Oppenheimer, Van Kessler (Kepler(?)), BT Alex Brown, SAC Capital Mngt., Arcadia Investment Corp., Nationsbanc Montgomery, Robertson Stevens, Cowen & Company.

2. Comments on the Creative lawsuit
-Will not impact business at all
***IN addition, the CEO had some strong words for Creative, stating (and I'm paraphrasing) that: Creative sees a serious threat to its core business, so they've used acquisitions and now lawsuits to try and keep DIMD out.

3. The Company will continue to pursue more OEM deals, as well as ship to some OEM's in unannounced deals.

4. The CEO was extremely surprised by the price movement of DIMD shares at the beginning of the call, and he stressed over and over that the pricing pressures are completely normal for Q2. Here are some highlights for those of you who couldn't listen in...
