Thread: DOWNGRADE - 09.00 EST DJ Fahnestock (From BUY to HOLD).

They upgraded quite recently and had no effect on the market price of the stock. Perhaps downgrades are more influential and perhaps partly explains recent fall on moderate to low volume.

I think BAY is about to become a screaming buy.
