If the VSE knows that the talks have collapsed then under good faith they would force NRT to make that announcement. I think the news speaks for itself. They are continuing talks and are not at the final stage yet(but very close?). The market is just getting itself excited. We will probably not see any more news from the Co. until at least Tuesday, due to the Easter holiday.
