<So the key is working out what companies this will be attractive to. It seems to be aimed directly at small/medium sized companies who don't have much skill and need to take a 'fill out the form' approach to manage the problem. Bigger companies would find bits of it useful, but many will prefer to put a tailored approach in place better to suit their organisation.> From: Patrick "Short" Booth, regarding PlantY2K One CD-Rom:

Patrick: The ONLY thing that you said that made sense was "the key is working out what companies this will be attractive to."

<For those who have not looked at the CD demos, it is important to realise that it is not a magic wand.>

Have you looked at the CD demo? (Not too many available in the UK.) I have. And so have a few of the engineers on this thread.

<It is a tailored, structured method more than anything else, and could be reinvented by any half-decent consultant in a day or two according to standard project management - problem solving principles.>

ROFL - If it's SO easy, why doesn't TAVA have any competitors in this arena? Seems like a lot of companies would like to get on the bandwagon.
