Hank, another question In honestly trying to understand FDA approval criteria I have another question. If efficacy is viewed as you suggest, why wasn't Viagra compared to Muse and/or Caverject? Or Muse to Caverject? I think that Caverject has the highest efficacy of all the treatments, so it should not have possible for anything else to be approved without head to head comparison. Did any such comparison trials take place? I don't know one way or another. Anyone else ??
