I put the bill at the higher number. Y2k stocks this year will fly. After recamending tpii at 40 cents I now have another undervalued y2k. I have a friend that works for the State of Colorado. He told me that the state is giving Logix ( Atec subsidary )more and more code. They are very happy customers, and are giving recomendations to 3 other states. He also told me that Logix is going to anounce a BIG name contract next week. ATEC is now a BIG TIME y2k player. They are earning money, and have a low market cap. Good luck.
