I was so frustrated this morning at, what I thought, was an SI problem that I emailed SI to find out what the hell was wrong. Below is SI's response to me. It seems that it is, once again, an AOL problem. AOL just seems to go out of its way to piss off it's customers, don't you think?

Here's SI's response and my question to them:
