It would be a reverse straddle.

I wrote it incorrectly--goofed up the lingo. My presumption is that within a few days of the 23rd, whatever happens, the stock won't be where it was. I have never done any straddles. I have lost enough money in other options trades. The only reason to have any interest in it is that the volatility will be compressed into a few days, so there shouldn't be too much loss of time value.
