As has been stated time and time again. This issue is ignored at shareholders' peril. This matter also goes directly to how management deals with its stakeholders. (And this is where I would be most concerned as a shareholder -- how many companies do you know whose president has built up so much animosity from so many people? -- not including TPP.)

While I am not claiming (at this time) that this lawsuit will be the death of TTRIF, what I am claiming however is that it has already been shown by the courts that TPP was wronged (or else TTRIF would not have to comply with any order) -- so the question is will there be monetary damages? My bet is a definite yes. The question is merely how much... Personally I would not treat any lawsuit lightly (have you ever heard of Loewen, or MacDonald's? -- compare those lawsuits and their frivolous nature with what TPP is claiming that TTRIF has done...)
