I bought just after the IPO 73,000 shares with a avg price of 4.73. Held for 4 to 5 years and sold almost all at 1 3/8 to 1 1/2. At the time of purchase, the ipo was worth .18 cents based upon earnings. Who ever set the IPO price was a thief. I did not know it at the time that the value was really worth .18.

Every year they were to make money but when the end of year came up they took a huge loss. I was told only days before reporting bad news that each year they would report good earnings.

This company has a bad track record and nothing like a real growing company. I am quite sure that the CEO opened up a new company and bought off the good assets. I saw something about the CEO forming a company but did not make note of it but when I asked the SOS about it he said no. But I know this happens in canada all the time.

One day I got a fax for a qtr earnings and I called them back to inform them that there figures were less than the last fax, where upon they sent me a revised fax with winning numbers. They just pump numbers. What makes me mad is that my wife's IRA was wiped out bu this stock and I hear hell every month she gets a statement. I see this company as telling the investors anything they want to see.
