Hi and thanks. I work in utility regulation. The debate is very interesting to me. I also think that the growth in data services will force something, but it will be delayed as long as possible. I am not involved in telco issues -- so I greatly appreciate any posts here you can make to keep the thread up to date.

I will look for the speeches.
