Oh, and now the infamous Charles Huttoe speaks! Well, perhaps somebody impersonating the gracious giver of unlimited shares. I don't think so -- my understanding was that Charlie had trouble turning on his computer, so if he did figure out how to access SI, I'm impressed. I have a pretty good idea who this C. Huttoe is, and all I can say is this:

1) Huttoe lied about the shares. Period. As I said in my last post, it's right there on the financials. YOU CANNOT DISPUTE THIS.
2) Huttoe granted himself exorbitant consulting fees. And for what? HE HAS NO TECHNICAL EXPERTISE TO JUSTIFY THIS KIND OF PAYMENT.
3) Huttoe personally told people that contracts were forthcoming, and those contracts have yet to surface.
4) Huttoe raised the number of authorized shares without any notification to shareholders.
5) Not only did Huttoe try and hide issued shares from shareholders, but he also hid these from the SEC by failing to file these documents until Sept. 24th.

My opinion is that people should have been quicker to judge Mr. Huttoe. A little honesty goes a long way. As far as what the SEC decides, I'm eager to find that out also. BUT DON'T SIT THERE AND TRY AND DISPUTE FACTS.

I've got a lot of other questions and allegations aimed towards Mr. Huttoe, but unfortunately I cannot confirm these 100%. But the truth shall eventually be known, and I will be very surprised to find out otherwise.
