If they don't cover, they will incur the total loss which may only be .09-.30 or whatever they originally sold it for. If they buy it back at .60, they may be incurring an even larger loss. I don't know what the rules of the MM's are in holding the stock for conversion to Nasdaq. They would have to be allowed to speculate that the appreciation after conversion would cover the loss. Does anyone know the rules?
