Garrett Cohn returned my call earlier today. My impression of him was he was very personable ("call me Garrett") and upbeat. In a nutshell I understood the following:
 they expect to show a 2nd Q profit (fiscal yr ends Dec) via increased sales and 37% reduction of overhead. However, there is a current holdup of some Police Dept.s taking delivery of orders.
 they expect FBI certification of their "Live Scan" finger print capture product within 60-90 days.
 they are actively engaged in licensing discussions with several Fortune 500 companys re: "Live Scan" and expect contracts within 60-90 days. They have non-disclosure agreements in place with these companys as they their product patents are not yet in place.
 he mentioned something about having the tech. to do passive airport scanning/screening, but unfortunately I was writing something else and my notes are incomplete.
 he will be forthcoming with news as it occurs.

Please do your own DD - I was taking notes as fast as I could and may have missed a point or two.

PS. IMO, what limited shares there are are being held very tightly. This is not for short term trading, but has 200% in 90 days written all over it.
