Well the whole problem is that is self populating. As uncle Milty foresaw the more you tried to clean it the more it filled up with people tripping into it. Better yet they build grand boats launch them in the lake, batten the hatches and bury themselves in the hold putting it on cruise control and psinging psalms.

All one has to do is have an edifice and people will swear they see right through it. Remove the edifice and go back to the stone axe ask the would be architects how they would do it and let them build their own clay castles. This way a few will see the floor is damp in time.
