Michael re: I don't doubt Intel's ability to move into it quickly and forcefully would not you agree that intel is coming late into sub-1000 market? What would give you an idea that INtel is capable of going into sub-400. I am not even questioning intel technology and manufacturing. But intels profit margin goals are still in the sky. Regards -Albert ps I have already posted it (including website) but one of the local shops in Houston offers k6-233 pc (not just a m-board) with 32sdram/2.1g hd/cd-rom, sound card, speakers ets for 500 (no monitor)
