Maybe the market recognizes that PE doesn't adequately measure actual growth prospects?

Now if you and others think that Michael Dell guided this company to this market capital because of luck or stupidity or lack of knowledge about current market conditions, or even lack of vision, then it is entirely appropriate for you to short this stock.
