I to just got off the phone with the company and was advised that contracts are in place. I spoke with the individual that constructed the agreements. Watch out for a head fake to get shares just like the bogus employee sell just before kbfp goes from .22 to .40. Fisher wasn't there so I didn't get to speak with him. Holding for now Rick
