FWIW3: It appears that BAY is recovering here on small traders buying on the dip. Larger blocks sent it down earlier. (Just as I posted this some large buys kicked in.) The fact that it held above 23 may be a ++ sign. Fourth Quarter expectations may be at play here. Spoke too soon.
