AmeriResource Technolofies, Inc (OTC"ARET") announced today that Tomahawk Construction Co. has signed a letter of intent to perform as project managers at a development which includes a Resort, Marina, Retail Center and Residential Community in Missouri. The estimated value of this project will be in the range of $90,000,000 to $120,000,000. Infrastructure work to begin in 60 to 120 days.
