I have a little more information (facts not speculation) about the short selling. DCI has located an individual (a CC shareholder) whom over the last 9 trading days has violated SEC laws by illegally selling short over 700,000 shares. DCI has hired the firm named Hunton and Williams, whom have a reputation of being aggressive in dealing with these issues to handle this situation and they are already working on this

As per SEC rules, shouldn't DCTC make an official PR about the probable lawsuit against a shareholder? Isn't it sort of wrong (or illegal) to give info to, let us say, only those who call the company, but not to all the shareholders through a press release?

Don't tell me that if I'd call I'd get the same info. I am not questioning that. I am only questioning the selective release of info (and, hopefully abandoned for now, the pre-releases of the press releases) that seems to be a rule at DCI Telecom....

When you go against somebody allegedly violating SEC rules, better be clean yourself.

Better be clean yourself anyway...

Musya.
